Intricate wing veins and segmented body make this piece visually striking. Theres an attachment ring on top of the cicadas head, allowing it to be connected to necklaces or bracelets. Made in Provence (the cicada being a symbol of Provence) in the 1940 1950s. In excellent condition, the wings are slightly tarnished.
