Adelina Shiraz Mataro 2018 crispy-pork-belly These standards (like the viticulture)Adelina's blend of Shiraz (68%) and Mataro (32%) was grown in the Springfarm sub area of the Clare Valley, with the Mataro and a portion of the Shiraz fruit coming from the famed Aberfeldy Vineyard, plus a little Adelina Estate fruit. 60 70% of this wine comes from vines with an age of around 100 years! Delicious, mouth filling dark fruit, flavours that last an age, rich in texture though refined to finish. A sophisticated rich South Australian red
