The palate is a rich and ripe reflection of this warm vintage, balanced by smoky, grassy flavours typical of Sauvignon Blanc. Goes with just about anything! Traditionally salmon, mussels or crab lobster and chicken or veal, but also mushroom dishes, particularly an omelette.
