It is by Adele Simpson but is unlabeled. I actually has the exact twin of this dress many years ago so know with absolute certainty that it is by her! There is a depth and richness to the silk that you just don't get the full impact of till you see it in person. The exterior of the dress is a Hermes scarf weight silk twill that is screened with that amazing
