The skirt is very unusual with ties that runs through the hem and then come out to tie at each side of the skirt allowing you to leave it loose or pull it tight creating different shapes depending on how tight you go

It is also a great larger

Waist: 25" flat across from side seam to side seam

The straps are a slightly teeny bit darker shade of white but I think one more round of cleaning would brighten it and make it completely even
