Puligny-Montrachet Les Charmes 2018, Alain Chavy #Rare give or take74. 95 per bottle Alain Chavy has been joined by his son Corentin at this splendid Puligny domaine, created in 2003 when Alain and his brother Jean Louis went their separate ways. All the wines are fermented and aged for twelve months in barrel followed by six months in stainless steel vats in one of the few underground cellars in Puligny. Alain prefers crisp, mineral wines with pure fruit flavours and less obvious oak.
