In the mouth this wine is sweet, full and round with a long lasting aftertaste. This ruby red wine has a fruity bouquet with cherry and undergrowth notes, as well as spicy and chocolaty undertones. The mouthfeel is intriguing, with meaty and sapid flavours. This wine undergoes second fermentation, often known as "ripasso". In January February, fresh vintage Valpolicella wine ferments on slightly sweet
